Assignment Pricing

Weddings: To help you budget I don't have a complex menu of package options. Keeping it simple, my basic charge to attend is £740 from bridal preparations to the cutting of the cake and first dance. This is a 10 hour booking. All travelling is included (for example, between the ceremony and reception venues). Edited, watermarked images of the day (around 400 images) will then be uploaded to a password-protected page on this website, and you and your guests can purchase hi-res downloads (£3 each) from there. These images will be ready within five working days of the wedding.

I always include a mix of colour and black and white images, but any images can be re-edited if you prefer a colour image in black and white, or vice versa. There is no extra charge for this.

Having reviewed your images, if you would like a USB drive in a presentation box with all of the edited hi-res images, this is £160. The USB has copyright assignment allowing you to print from it or upload the images to social networking sites. Instead of the USB (or as well if you wish), you can order a photobook of your favourite 100 images spread over 40 A3 pages or 50 A4 pages. This is also £160.

Premium photobooks are a great way to create a lasting keepsake. I do all the design work, you just choose the images you want in the book. Choose 100 images for a 40 page A3 book or a 50 page A4 book. Photobooks feature high quality thick paper, stunning colours and fold-flat pages. Included in all wedding bookings is a Zoom consultation around a month before the wedding day to talk about any group shots you want (please prepare a list if you can!) I will also let you have my number so you can ring or WhatsApp with any last minute requests or panics! On the day, I usually dress to be smart but casual (typically polo shirt and black jeans) but am happy to wear a suit if you prefer. There's no need to provide food, but I'd be delighted to join you for your meal if you'd like to invite me. I don't take photos of people eating, but will spring into action again for the speeches! I won't wear a logo on my back, or try to hassle your guests for business (I'll just have some business cards to hand out on request).

Bookings will be confirmed on payment of a 20% deposit. All prices quoted are fully inclusive. I don't subcontract weddings: I will personally shoot your wedding. And I of course have public liability insurance for extra peace of mind.

Please note that prices quoted apply to venues within a radius of 120 miles of Bedfordshire (LU7). This includes all of East Anglia, Birmingham, Sheffield, the East Coast south of the Humber and the South Coast as far as the Somerset/ Dorset border. I'm happy to travel beyond that, and in fact anywhere in the world, but extra charges will apply for travel. Engagement, anniversary, portrait or party photoshoots: £170 for a 90 minute booking or £270 for a three hour booking. An ideal chance for us to meet if you are considering my services for your wedding day! Includes a memory stick with the best edited images from the shoot. Copyright assignment is included allowing you to print or upload the images to social networking sites. The shoot can be done indoors or on location (which could be your garden). A white pop-up background and studio lighting can be used to give you the studio look with the convenience of a shoot in your own home.

For non-wedding events, prices apply to bookings within a radius of 60 miles of Bedfordshire (LU7). Again, I'm happy to travel beyond that but extra charges may apply for travel- Contact me and I'll help if I can!

Photoart: Prints, framed prints and canvases are also available, including square and wide formats. As there is a world of choice, please Contact me and let me know what you want, and I'll let you have a price. Please note that for quality and copyright reasons I can only supply photoart for photographs I have taken myself.
